A day at home on a hazy day

Lately, high PSI has caused us to be "quarantine" at home. Since we cannot go outdoor, mummy bought us new toys to keep us occupied.

A Trip to Jurong Bird Park

It's our school field trip today. Daddy and Mummy took leave to join us. It was meant to be a half day field trip (according to our school's plan) but Daddy decided that we shall make it a full day trip to explore as a family. So after our classmates head back to school we continue to explore the park and ends our day with waterplay.  Our favorite!

Aloysius had a "not so good souvenir", a cut on his knee during the waterplay.

Birthdays

After becoming a mum, it seem like my own birthday is nothing compared to the kids' birthdays.  The anticipation, excitement, expectation, etcs is far more when the kids' birthdays approach.

So this year, a simple dimsum brunch that I even forgot to take photo until much later.

But hearing my twins wishes me Happy Birthday supercede any expensive presents/parties.  And I know next year, my little darling BbA will join in the wishing.

Happy Parent's Day

The twins' school didn't celebrate Mother's Day and will not be celebrating Father's Day. But today they celebrate Parent's Day.

The teachers arranged an interesting game. All the kids in the class had their eyes photographed and  parents are made to pick the correct pair of eyes before the kids will be 'united' with the parents. Daddy picked the right pairs of eyes with ease. (Woohoo Daddy rocks!)

Birthday Celebration @ School

We celebrated our 4th birthday at our school together with 33 other classmates. We were absolutely overjoyed when we saw mummy turn up at our school with helium balloons.

Our classmates were also very happy to received our thank you gift. Not sure why it's not goodies bags but mummy said it's not healthy.  So we are giving everyone tumblers instead. (Dora for girls and Mcqueen for boys as per our request)

All the teachers in our centre wishes us Happy Birthday. And oh yes, we are FOUR!

Chatty Charlotte

Independence 1

A&C is going on a school excursion today WITHOUT parent's involvement. Mummy is as excited as them (They were all ready for school much earlier than usual. Yes, you can tell they are indeed excited) but can't help to feel nervous n worried about their safety.  While I was nagging about safety precautions, both replied with an obviously bored "yes, I know. Teacher J told us!"

Testing Formula Milk

BbA is coming to 16mths. So mummy decided to let him taste some formula milk in case we need to wean off breastmilk. However, BbA refuses to take at all. He makes funny faces n uses his tongue to push out the teat. Afterwhich,  he gives a cheeky smile.

Tried coaxing him to drink by mixing 1 portion of formula to 2 portions of breastmilk but still he detected. Sigh, seem like mother cow cannot retire yet.

Breakfast when mummy's on leave
